Zarif Confers With UN Secretary General, Lebanonˈs PM

Munich, Germany, Feb 2, IRNA – On the sidelines of Munich Security Conference and in separate meetings, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif conferred with the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Lebanonˈs Prime Minister Najib Mikati on Saturday afternoon. Zarif, in a long meeting with Ban Ki-moon, discussed international and regional issues. Lebanese Premier Mikati, who attended the 50th Munich Security Conference, also met with Iranˈs foreign minister here on Saturday afternoon. The two sides exchanged views on important regional and international issues as well as mutual cooperation./end
