Zarif: Iranians, Their Envoys Will Accept Nothing Except For Mutual Respect

Tehran, Nov 16, IRNA – Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif said on Friday that Iranian people and their envoys will accept nothing except for mutual respect. He brushed aside the statement made by US Secretary of State John Kerry that Iran opted out of a deal in Geneva on November 9. “What’s important is any accord, not favored by Iran, not officially recognizing Iranian rights and in absence of mutual respect and equal stance, would not have basically any chance. Zarif said that Iran will not give place for avarice of the western governments and the statements made by their leaders in the past couple of days indicated that they acknowledge Iranian legitimate expectations from the nuclear talks./end
