Zarif, Kerry, Ashton resume talks in Muscat

Muscat, Nov 10, IRNA – Iran's foreign minister, his US counterpart and the EU nuclear coordinator started second day of their tripartite talks in Muscat on Monday. Mohammad Javad Zarif, John Kerry and Catherine Ashton are expected to reach a comprehensive deal over Iran's nuclear program after months of talks. The second round of negotiations on Monday is scheduled to be held on afternoon. They focus on the disputes between Tehran and G5+1, mainly about uranium enrichment and timetable to lift anti-Iran sanctions. Durign the first day of trilateral talks on Sunday, Iran, US and EU representatives discussed main issues of disagreement including ways of lifting sanctions and uranium enrichment./end
