Zarif Renews Iran's Support For Stability In Ukraine

New York, Sept 23, IRNA – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart expressed the hope that stability will return to the crisis-stricken Eastern European country. 'We hope that stability will be achieved by using political solutions,' Zarif said during the meeting in New York on Monday. The Iranian and Ukrainian foreign ministers discussed the latest conditions of Ukraine, restoration of ceasefire, bilateral ties and holding dialogues. The two sides pointed to Iran-Ukraine bilateral ties, and reiterated expediting holding of a joint economic commission./end
