Zionist Regime Will Experience Another Defeat

Tehran, Nov 18, IRNA – Zionist regime’s inhumane strikes on the Gaza Strip, receiving defense reaction by the Palestinian fighters, will face defeat as always. After imposing economic and social siege on Gaza for years in cooperation with the Egypt ruled by Hosni Mubarak, the Zionist regime imagined that the Palestinians’ incentives have weakened, but, now the situation has become such that it is forced to mobilize its war machine against the Palestinians. The Zionist regime was trounced by Lebanon Hezbollah in 2006 and also by the Palestinians in Gaza in 2008, which brought about impeachment of Tel Aviv officials in the cabinet. Washington’s military equipment and advanced arms supply and West’s backing did not even prevent its defeat during the 33-day war in Lebanon and 22-day war in Gaza. The two wars undermined Israeli military grandeur on the one hand, and the resistance movement is capable enough to defend its identity and get access to ideal of establishing the Palestinian state. Another achievements of the wars for the resistance movement were strengthening the convergence spirit of the Muslim Arab nations, as it played a crucial role in the formation of Islamic Awakening movements. While the Zionist regime has experienced its inefficiency in the two wars, it has once again mobilized its forces to launch another attack on the Gaza Strip.
