International forum for English language teachers runs

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The 7th theory-practice conference titled "International forum of English language teachers" was held last Friday in the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST), Ulaanbaatar. Co-organized by the Mongolian Association of English Language Teachers (MAELT), the Ministry of Education and Science, the Mongolian State University of Education, the MUST, and the Embassy of Canada, the event brought together teachers from Mongolian universities and institutes, and English language teachers from the UK, the USA, Russia, China and France. They exchanged professional experience, skills and teaching methods. A total of 52 reports were delivered on ways of improving the English language training, and techniques of teaching skills. With an aim to unite all English language teachers in Mongolia, the MAELT was officially founded in 1997. This is a NGO with main functions of creating the info-data on English language teachers in Mongolia, improving the connection of various programmes of English language and to protect interests and rights of the teachers.
