Iran, Turkey mulling pharmaceutical cooperation

Tehran, May 6, IRNA – Iran and Turkey are mulling pharmaceutical cooperation as Turkish senior official coordinating Turkeyˈs pharmaceutical companies is currently on a visit to Tehran. The visiting official is scheduled to hold talks with head of Food and Medicine Organization, Rasoul Dinarvand, and visit Sinagen Research and Pharmaceutical Factory. The Turkish official is willing to develop cooperation between Sinagen Company and Turkish Abdi Ebrahim Company in a bid to transfer know-how from Iran to Turkey to produce biological medicines. First joint pharmaceutical project based on modern technology will be launched in Turkey, if an agreement to that effect be signed. end
