Rector of Azerbaijan Tourism Institute attends 4th Eurasian Silk Road Universities Consortium Conference in India

Baku, November 14 (AzerTAc). Rector of Azerbaijan Tourism Institute Jafar Jafarov has participated in the 4th Annual Conference of Eurasian Silk Road Universities Consortium (ESRUC) in India. Themed 'Investing the social, cultural and global issues along the Silk Road', the conference was attended by more than 200 vice chancellors and rectors of different universities from Eurasian countries. Every year, the ESRUC convention is held in various member universities which number more than 400 now. Besides, India's look East Policy has contributed a lot in bringing the countries closer to India. India, being a major education power, can take advantage of it. With more and more students coming for higher education to India, such a conference will be immense importance.
