Al Ahli Beats Al Wakra to Maintain Hope of Top Four Finish

Doha, March 15 (QNA) - Al Ahli defeated Al Wakra 3-2 on Saturday, in a thrilling Qatar Stars League encounter. The win means that Al Ahli are now on a six-match unbeaten run. Star of the match was Alain Dioko who scored a hattrick in 11 minutes, from the 55th minute to the 66th minute of the match. Al Wakra did not surrender but ultimately their two goals, both from penalty kicks were a consolation. The win took Al Ahli's point tally to 34 points, four behind fourth-placed Al Jaish. Al Wakra meanwhile have 17 points and are second to bottom. (QNA)
