Al Arabi Win Qatar Volleyball League Title

Doha, April 12 (QNA) - Al Arabi SC confidently claimed the title of the Qatars Men Volleyball League 2016, following their convincing 3-1 victory over Al Rayyan at Al Arabi SC indoor hall. Al Arabi clinched the prestigious league title after collecting 52 points, while the third place winner Al Rayyan got 44 points and Police took 44 points to clinch the runner-up place. Both Al Arabi and Al Rayyan made impressive performance in this crucial match, but Al Arabi were the dominant showed supremacy to end the game 3-1. The police club made deserving 3-0 victory over Al Ahli (25-21, 25-18 and 25-17 at the same venue on Monday. As per the Qatar Volleyball Associations schedule, the league will be concluded on Friday where the top winners will be honored in a festive sporting event. (QNA)
