Archer J.Gantogs qualified for Olympics

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ An international Master of Sports J.Gantogs has been qualified to compete in the Rio De Janeiro 2016 Summer Olympics, the news.mn website published Monday. He gained the qualification after he had claimed a silver medal in the 2015 Asian Archery Championships held November 3-8 in Thailand, Bangkok. Mongolia was represented at the competitions by seven archers and three coaches. This will be the second time for J.Gantogs to participate in the Summer Olympic Games. In the 2012 London Olympics, he finished 19th in the men’s individual contest, collecting 669 points.
