Azerbaijan clinch first win in UEFA Nations League

Baku, October 12, AZERTAC Azerbaijan national football team have secured their first victory in the UEFA Nations League after beating the Faroe Islands 3:0 at the Torsvollur stadium in League D group 3 match. The goals came from Richard Almeida in the 28th and 86th minutes and Dmitriy Nazarov in the 67th minute. Azerbaijan now rank second with 5 points, behind Kosovo that have 7 points. Gurban Gurbanov`s side will next take on Malta in Baku on October 14.
