Azerbaijani grandmaster becomes winner of Oscar blitz tournament

Baku, September 18, AZERTAC Azerbaijani grandmaster Namig Guliyev has won the Oscar blitz tournament held in Paris. The tournament brought together 233 chess players from 13 countries.
