Azerbaijani Paralympic powerlifter wins European bronze medal

Baku, November 26 AZERTAC Azerbaijan`s athlete Ahmad Razm Azar has claimed bronze medal at the 2015 IPC Powerlifting Open European Championships held in Eger, Hungary. He secured the medal in the 174kg weight class. The Championships organized locally by the Hungarian National Paralympic Committee brings together 150 athletes from 25 countries. The competition will also feature the continuation of the sport's anti-doping campaign – Raise the Bar – Say No! to Doping. In 2015, the project will aim to keep awareness high by providing educational materials and seminars to lifters and teams.
