Azerbaijani veteran judo fighter wins European gold

Baku, June 24, AZERTAC Azerbaijani veteran judo fighter Ferhad Rajabli has won the gold medal of the European Championships 2016 in Croatia. Rajabli secured the medal thanks to a victory over Ukrainian Igor Knysh in the 90kg weight division. Other Azerbaijani judo fighters Tariyel Mammadov (60kg) and Mubariz Panahov (100kg) finished 5th and 7th respectively.
