Bahrain beats Cambodia in joint qualifiers

Phnom Penh, Sept.10 (BNA): The Bahrain national football team today defeated Cambodia 1-0 in the qualifying match for the FIFA World Cup 2022 and the AFC Asian Cup 2023. Kameel Hassan Al-Aswad secored the only goal 77 minutes into the away match, sealing the final result for Bahrain’s national squad. Bahrain now tops the Group C table after totaling 4 points, leaving Cambodia 4th with one point.
