Bahrain's weightlifters bag 183 medals in Muscat

Muscat, Apr. 2 (BNA): Bahrain has achieved another epoch-making feat winning 183 medals in the Gulf Weightlifting Championship and West Asia Weightlifting Championship 2019. The nationals won 99 gold, 54 silver and 30 bronze medals. Despite strong competition, the Bahrain women’s national weightlifting team won the total of 138 medals winning the top title in both championships. The championship was held in the Omani capital Muscat from March 27 to April 1.
