BOC organises coaching course

Manama, May 5 (BNA): The Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC)'s Centre for Sports Training and Development will launch the second phase of grade four national coaching programme in the period June 7-11 under the agreement signed between the BOC and the Canadian Coaches Association. The second phases of the National Coaching Programme will host international Olympics coaching expert Stephan B. who will lecture on the theme "Regular Planning for Elite Coaches". The lecturer will imbue coaches with techniques of setting yearly and long-term plans and linking them with short-, medium and long-term planning. He will teach coaches how to plan according to proper scientific basics to reflect positively on sports output. The course aims to qualify and develop technical cadres working in various sports departments inside the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad.
