The Conference of the Parties is a statutory meeting that takes place every two years to supervise the implementation and monitoring of the Convention in conformity with its provisions. The 2015 Conference was marked, in particular, by the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Convention. At this event, more than 200 participants, including numerous high-level ministerial and sports representatives, took part in the work of this important session. In order to better combat doping, in the light of contemporary challenges and the new provisions of the 2015 World Anti-doping Code, the States Parties adopted several innovative reforms with the aim of improving the monitoring of the obligations of the Convention, its visibility and its mechanisms of governance. The conference was chaired by Dr. Mohammed Saleh Al Konbaz of Saudi Arabia, who is the President of the Conference,
