Brave Organisation's business, marketing Strategy announced

Manama, Sep. 27 (BNA): HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, attended the press conference to announce the BRAVE Organisation's business and marketing strategy, held yesterday at Capital Club in the Bahrain Financial Harbour. Present in the event were HH Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain Combat Sports Council, HE Mr Aymen bin Tawfeeq Al Moayed, HE Mr Mohammed Hassan Al Nisf, Secretary-General of Bahrain Olympic Committee and other senior government officials as well as prominent sportspeople and invited media personnel. Bahraini Trademark On this occasion, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa said: "We congratulate BRAVE Organisation which is emanating from KHK Sports on announcing its business and marketing strategy. It's one of the future steps that were well-considered by the Organisation and it translates the vision we formed for supporting BRAVE Championship which is today one of the largest sports gatherings in the world. The age of the Championship is merely five years, but it's making its way towards success, confirming it is a Bahraini trademark in the MMA sports at the international level." He added: "This wouldn't have been possible without the backing and sponsorship extended to it by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, as well as the follow-up of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports. This Championship has achieved many of the objectives we set out for launching it, including introducing the Kingdom of Bahrain to the whole world as a country of many urban and sports accomplishments. BRAVE Championship has contributed to maintaining the prestigious position reached by Bahrain in the sports field internationally." Building collaboration bridges HH Shaikh Khalid continued: "Since launching the Championship, we targeted reaching the international level and we have drawn up a road map to meet the objectives we set out. We want to use sports to cement Bahrain's links with the hosting countries of BRAVE as we are eyeing to build more collaboration bridges in sports and business. We have managed to open new horizons and create more opportunities to support professionalism in sports, especially in the MMA sport, while at the same time, boosting our economy and tourism sectors." Meanwhile, the press conference projected a film highlighting the achievements accomplished by BRAVE since its launch, while many prominent stats were revealed, including the number of BRAVE's editions and countries that embraced the event as well as the number of channels that aired it and the viewers who followed it, besides the signed partnerships between the Championship and various sports bodies around the world. Speaking during the event were Mr Mohammed Ali Qamber, President of Bahrain Mixed Martial Arts Federation (BMMAF) and Mr Mohammed Shahid, Mr Mohammed Mansour, CEO of Exelon Company, Mr Faisal Rahman, First Deputy President of Banca Intesa San Paolo, Mr Jason Van Schalkwyk, President of BRAVE Organisation South Africa and Mr Gustavo Firmino, CEO of BRAVE South America. "The success achieved since the establishment of BMMAF was made possible thanks to the support and patronage of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain", Mr Qamber noted, praising the outstanding efforts of HH Shaikh Nasser in translating the directives of HM the King to promote sports, and make Bahrain a global destination to host various continental and international sports events and championships. From his side, Mr Shaid revealed that the Organisation is moving based on HH Shaikh Khalid's vision to maintain the efforts towards boosting the presence of BRAVE Championship around the world and sign more partnerships that help in deepening Bahrain's relationships with the hosting countries. "We will organise five more editions until the end of this year," he announced, revealing that HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa has launched an international open championship for all the combat sports champions. "The champion of this event will get a belt weighs a hefty 6.5 kg and made of pure gold," he concluded.
