Chalabiyev wins boxing gold for Azerbaijan at Islamic Games

Baku, May 18, AZERTAC Azerbaijani boxer Javid Chalabiyev has grabbed a gold medal in the men`s 60kg weight category at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku. He sealed the medal after beating Iraq`s Ammar Karbalai. Presıdent of the Republic of Azerbaijan, president of the National Olympic Committee Ilham Aliyev and his family members watched the final bout. Kazakhstan`s Sultan Zaurbek and Turkmenistan`s Hursand Imankuliyev won bronze medals.
