Elkhan Mammadov to be Azerbaijan’s flag-bearer at closing ceremony of Baku 2017

Baku, May 21, AZERTAC Judo fighter Elkhan Mammadov will be Azerbaijan’s flag-bearer at the closing ceremony of the Baku 2017 4th Islamic Solidarity Games. World and European champion Elkhan Mammadov earned Azerbaijan`s 20th gold medal at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games.
