EYOF Baku 2019: Athletics competition gets underway

Baku, July 22, AZERTAC The athletics events have started as part of the 15th Summer European Youth Olympic Festival - "EYOF Baku 2019". Held at Tofig Bahramov stadium, the competition brings together 641 athletes from 46 countries, including Azerbaijan’s 18 medal hopefuls. In the morning session athletes will compete in 100m and 800m race, long jump and shot put, while the evening session will feature 110m hurdles, 400m dash, 10km race-walk, long jump and high jump events.
