FIFA Lifts Ban On Iraq's Courts In Friendly Matches

BAGHDAD / NINA / FIFA has agreed to lift the ban on Iraqi stadiums in international friendly matches in the Iraqi capital Baghdad. A member and spokesman of Iraqi Football Federation told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "the Minister of Youth and Sports and the head of the Iraqi Football Federation, after a lengthy meeting with the FIFA's President Joseph S. Blatter in Switzerland, came out with agreement to lift the ban of the international friendly matches in the capital Baghdad and the rest of the provincial courts.
