HH Shaikh Isa marks Rashid Club's hosting of the Crown Prince Cup competition

Manama, Feb. 3 (BNA): Vice Chairman of the High Committee of the Rashid Horseracing and Equestrian Club, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, has expressed his pride in the club’s hosting of one of the most prestigious competitions in Bahrain’s horse racing season, the Crown Prince Horse Racing Cup. His Highness highlighted that the event underlines His Majesty King Hamad’s support to expand the interest in equestrian activities across the country, as well as the commitment to providing unique sporting opportunities. His Highness added that Bahrain’s long and storied equestrian sporting tradition continues to witness significant growth under His Majesty’s leadership. His Highness emphasised that the growing participation in His Majesty King Hamad Cup and the Crown Prince Cup competitions demonstrates the important role the events play in developing Bahrain’s equestrian sector. His Highness concluded by highlighting that the Crown Prince Cup showcases a number of renowned professional jockeys that demonstrate an elite level of horsemanship, including Frankie Dettori, Luke Morris, and Harry Bentley, and added that with such talented jockeys the competition is set to be an exhilarating one.
