Iran basketball team beats Yemen

TEHRAN,June 13(MNA)--Iran managed to defeat Yemen 65-35 in the opening day of the WABA (West Asian Basketball Association) qualifier in Amman on Monday.

Iran’s Samad Nikkhah Bahrami was on top of the score sheet with 18 points.

Iran will play Palestine in its next match.
