Iran Crowned As Champion In Indonesia World Karate League

Kuala Lumpur, June 22, IRNA – Iran won title of championship in Indonesia World Karate League by winning seven gold, four silver and five bronze medals. Japan and South Korea followed Iran with three gold, one silver and two bronze medals and one gold, one silver and six bronze medals respectively. Brazil with one gold and one bronze medal and France with two silver and five bronze medals came fourth and fifth in the competitions. The host Indonesia ranked sixth with two silver and five bronze medals, ahead of Australia which bagged two silver and three bronze medals. Indonesia World Karate League attended by 26 countries opened on Friday in Jakarta and ended today.
