Iran strikes gold for 3rd time

TEHRAN, Sep. 27 (MNA) – Mohsen Shadi won Iran’s third gold medal in rowing at the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon this morning. At the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, Iran’s star rower, Mohsen Shadi, managed to surpass his opponents and beat them to the finish line. In the heavyweight single rowing of Incheon Games which took place this morning, Mohsen Shadi competed against opponents from Uzbekistan, India, South Korea, Indonesia and Kazakhstan and finished in first place. Rowers from South Korea and India took second place and third place respectively. Iran’s team has also won a bronze medal in men’s double-rowing game this morning.
