Iranian padel players become 2nd in world championship qualifier

Tehran, IRNA – Iranian men's padel team stood second in the world championship qualifiers in Egypt. After their outstanding victory over Australia, the Iranian padel players entered the final match. But, they were defeated by the host country 3-6 and ranked second in the competitions. Despite their defeat in the final, other participating teams including Australia, Japan, and Thailand appreciated the Iranian team for their good play. In a related development, the women's padel team of Iran was ranked fifth in the contests. The Egypt event was the first international presence of the female Iranian padel team.
