Jiu-jitsu wrestlers win medals

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Wrestlers at the Mongolian Jiu-Jitsu Wrestling Federation grabbed medals in the Chicago Open tournament held last week in Chicago, USA. A wrestler from the “Gurvan shuteen” club B.Buyandelger, and M.Nyamjargal (“Genco” club) won gold medals in the women’s 64 and 70 kg weight categories’ contests. Another wrestler S.Enkhzaya captured a bronze medal. According to the federation, Mongolians wrestlers will compete in the Masters World Championship which is to be held October 3-5 in the USA, and also in the Jiu-Jitsu Asian Championship October 27-28 in Japan.
