Kafa’at second session to start tomorrow

Manama, May 29 (BNA): The second training session for leaders at youth centres "Kafa’at" ("abilities") will start tomorrow. The programme is supervised and implemented by General Organisation for Youth and Sports (GOYS) within its strategy of preparing training programmes for leaders at youth centres and enjoys the support of the Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs Hesham bin Mohammed Al-Jowdar. The session entitled "Organisation of conferences and events" will be attended by 70 participants and conducted by Mona Al-Zayed. Director for Youth Organisations and Centres Nawar Abdullah Al-Mutawa gave a speech, in which he conveyed the greetings of the youth and sports affairs minister and best wishes for the participating young leaders. He highlighted the minister’s directives of involving a number of the youth centres’ affiliates with special needs. He affirmed GOYS’ commitment to training national competencies in youth centres and providing them with the necessary expertise. He underscored the importance of participants’ continued participation in these training sessions, which will help them succeed in their duties at the youth centres. The session identify the concept of mind maps, benefits and advantages, ability to arrange and generate ideas and use of mind maps at work and planning processes for the benefit of the participants. The participants expressed thank and appreciation to the minister for organising such sessions that creates bright future for the youth centres, affirming their keenness on participating in these advanced sessions.
