Key youth, sport issues discussed

Manama, Aug.17 (BNA): Youth and Sport Affairs Minister Hesham bin Mohammed Al-Jowder received MP. Jalal Kadhim and discussed cooperation between the General Organisation for Youth and Sport (GOYS) and the Council of Representatives. The minister hailed the crucial role the Council of Representatives plays in support the sectors of youth and sport in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He affirmed the ministry’s keenness on meeting the needs of the two vital sectors, in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa and the policies of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS), chaired by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa.
