Khalid bin Hamad receives Gulf sports media

Manama, Aug. 16 (BNA): HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa the First Vice Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports (SCYS) said the vital role of the Gulf Sports Media Federation constitutes a key part of media work development and contributes in upgrading sports movement in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. His Highness, and in the presence of Information Affairs Minister Isa bin Abdulrahman Al Hammadi, received a delegation comprising the chairman and members of the Gulf Sports Media Federation, Permanent Committee of the Gulf Championship for Sports Media on the Cup of His Highness, and media veterans from the GCC states at His Highness's Majlis in Riffa on the occasion of the their attending the press conference held by His Highness for the launching of HH Khalid bin Hamad Mixed Martial Arts (KHK MMA) Team. His Highness said we are proud at the fruitful efforts of the Gulf Sports Media Federation which contribute in the interest of boosting media work and constitutes a huge contribution in pushing the wheel of development and building in Gulf sports and will achieve the goals of GCC countries in revitalization of modern sports sector.
