Kuwait SC beats Bahrain's Al-Najma 1-0 in AFC Cup

Manama, Apr. 3 (BNA): Kuwait SC beat Bahrain's Al-Najma 1-0 in third round of Group C of Asian Football Confederation's (AFC) Cup Tuesday. Kuwait’s team manager Mohammad Al-Hajri said they were keen on winning the tournament for the fourth time, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported. "We are looking forward to winning the AFC Cup for the fourth time." He noted that Kuwait SC won the Cup in 2009, 2012 and 2013. Kuwait SC and Al-Najma have four points each, trailing to Jordan's Jazira which has seven points.
