Kyrgyz wrestlers win seven medals at tournament in Bulgaria

Bishkek, Mar. 4, 2019. /Kabar/. Greco-Roman wrestlers from Kyrgyzstan won prizes at Dan Kolov - Nikola Petrov international tournament in Bulgaria, the website of the United World Wrestling wrote. Competitions were held in the city of Ruse from February 28 to March 3. The Kyrgyz athletes won one gold and six bronze medals. Murat Ramonov from Kyrgyzstan became the champion in the weight category up to 130 kilograms. In the final, the fighter defeated the representative of Egypt, Abdellatif Mohamed, with a crushing score of 9:0. The bronzes medals were awarded Uzur Dzhusupbekov (97 kg), Jolaman Sharshenbekov (60 kg), Rustam Teyishov (60 kg), Asan Sulaymanov (55 kg), Ruslan Tsarev (72 kg), and Aisuluu Tynybekova (women's wrestling). Tynybekova defeated the athlete from Sweden Johanna Mattsson in the bout for third place in weight up to 62 kilograms.
