Kyrgyzstanis win two bronze medals at World Armwrestling Championship

Bishkek, Oct. 18, 2018. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstanis continue to raise the country's flag at the World Armwrestling Championships in Turkey. The State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that Nurbek Aliyev won the bronze medal in left hand competitions among persons with disabilities. He competed in the weight category up to 70 kg. Alexander Li fought for a medal for Kyrgyzstan among the masters (who are over 40) in the category up to 90 kg from Kyrgyzstan. Having defeated all rivals, he stopped a step away from the struggle for "gold". As a result, he took third place. Earlier, Otkur Askhat uulu and Shahman Sulaimanov became the world champions from Kyrgyzstan.
