Kyrgyzstanis win two bronze medals at world billiards championship

Bishkek, Mar. 4, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstanis stopped a step away from “gold” at the Combined Pyramid world championship in billiards in Russia, having won two bronze medals. The tournament was held in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk from February 25 to March 3, in which payers from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Mongolia, Finland, Armenia, Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan took part. Dastan Lepshakov led four successful games, beating all rivals. The fight for the finals was tense, the opponent of the plater was the representative of Moldova, Sergey Krzhanovsky. They played on an equal footing, but the Moldovan was able to snatch the ticket to the finals, leaving Lepshakov on the third line of the pedestal. In addition, another Kyrgyz player Kanat Sydykov took part in the competition.
