Kyrgyzstan's Madaminov wins third place at World Billiards Championship

Bishkek, Aug.14, 2019. /Kabar/. Billiard player from Kyrgyzstan Aziz Madaminov won the bronze medal at the World Billiard Championship in Issyk-Kul. The tournament took place in Cholpon-Ata on Aug. 7-14, which was attended by representatives of 20 countries. Athletes competed in the Free Pyramid discipline. In the fight for the final, the Kyrgyz player played against Seymour Mamedov from Azerbaijan. The game ended with a score of 4:5 in favor of the guest. Thus, Madaminov took third place. Semyon Zaitsev from Russia became the winner; Mamedov was placed on the second stage of the podium.
