Mongolian-Japanese professional cycling athletes to collaborate

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ President of Mongolian Cycling Federation P.Gankhuu met with Minister for the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games Ms. Hashimoto Seiko, discussing the Olympic Games and exchanging views on joint training of cycling athletes of two countries. Mentioning that athletes of the two countries could make more success if they do training in Japan in winter and in Mongolia in summer, sharing their experiences, Ms. Hashimoto Seiko emphasized developing cycling sport is an inception of all cooperation. There are 180 professional cycling athletes in Japan and 96 of them are ensuring their preparations to take part in the Olympic games. At the meeting, the sides also touched possibility of constructing an international standard cycling complex in Mongolia at stages.
