Nasser 9 winners congratulated

Manama, June 22 (BNA): HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, welcomed the winners of Nasser 9 Ramadan Football Tounament, Victorious who defeated Batelco Gunners United. During the event, HH Shaikh Nasser congratulated Victorious players on winning the prestigious tournament which showcased leading local and international players. HH Shaikh Nasser highlighted incredible performances shown during the event, praising all the players who were part of the event for the high enthusiasm they showcased throughout the tournament. HH Shaikh Nasser was also full of praise to the sporting spirit shown by the participating teams. On his behalf, Victorious Captain thanked HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa for supporting and following the team throughout it's journey in the tournament, including the recruitment of the administrative staff and signing the local and international players as well as facilitating the team's preparations. He added that this had tremendously contributed to the team's victory in the tournament. "We dedicate this win to HH Shaikh Nasser for his support to the team," he said, before adding that the team will begin soon preparations for Nasser 10.
