Nasser bin Hamad congratulates champions

Manama, July4 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee congratulated the champions of the First Nasser bin Hamad Ramadan Sports Games and the eighth Nasser bin Hamad Ramadan Football Championship (Nasser 8) Al Fakhar team, underscoring that their second win of the championship during the past seven years proves their capability and high technical performance. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa stressed that Al Fakhar has become a strong contender, at the same time he commended the team’s performance throughout the different stages of the championship. He also noted to the insistence of the team’s fans, who attended all of their matches. CALL TO REORGANISE NASSER 8 JUNIORS TOURNAMENT Family members of young players who took part in the first Nasser 8 Football Academies Juniors Tournament called for reorganising the tournament in the near future, after the huge success the tournament has achieved in its first edition. They also praised HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa for his kind initiative and instructions to organise the contest for the junior’s category. The families thanked HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa for patronising the contest, which will contribute in the improvement and development of the young players in the Kingdom of Bahrain. One of the parents of the players Loai Khilaifat said the tournament promotes noble causes and provides patronage of young talents, giving them a chance to demonstrate their talents and move up the ladder of professional football. Another parent Captain Hamad Mohammed proves HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s keenness on supporting all the categories of the youth, by granting various age groups to compete in different group games.
