Nasser bin Hamad launches Manama The Capital of Arab Youth

Manama, Mar. 11 – (BNA): Representative of HM The King for Charity Works and Youth and Sports Affairs, also Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports (SCYS) and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC)'s President His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa announced the launching of Manama as The Capital of Arab Youth. His Highness said the Kingdom embraces the Arab youth event in compliance with the Royal directives of His Majesty Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa regarding the provision of all support to the programmes and activities of interest to Arab youth which develops and boosts their role, stressing that joint Arab programmes are given priority by Arab leaders. The ceremony was organized in Isa Town's gym hall and attended by officials, members of diplomatic corps and invitees from the Kingdom and abroad.
