National championship for weightlifting to take place

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The weightlifting national championship of this year will run August 2-4 at the "Buyant-Ukhaa" sports complex. Some 150 weightlifters will gather from Ulaanbaatar city and Bayan-Olgii, Khovsgol, Zavkhan, Ovorkhangai, Orkhon and Darkhan-Uul aimags to compete in men’s 52, 56, 62, 69, 77, 85, 94, 105, +105, and in women’s 48, 53, 58, 63, 69, 75 and +75 kg weight categories. Winners will be qualified to compete in the Weightlifting Asian Cup Tournament to be held September 10-17 in Pyongyang city, North Korea.
