National women’s volleyball team wins bronze at Asian Zone Championship

Bishkek, Nov.14, 2019. /Kabar/. Women’s volleyball team of Kyrgyzstan took the third place at the Asian Central Zone Championship, the press service of the Federation of this sport reported. The Championship is taking place these days in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Five squads competed in the first day of the tournament. As a result of the group tournament, domestic players won the right to play for the bronze. The opponent was the national team of Bangladesh. Kyrgyzstan’s volleyball team won three games, taking revenge for the defeat in the group stage (2:3). In the final game, the national teams of Nepal and Maldives will meet.
