President of Qatar Football Association Meets Romanian and Croatian Ambassadors

Doha, July 19 (QNA) - President of Qatar Football Association HE Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani met here Thursday with HE Ambassador Romania to the country Cristian Tudor and also held a meeting with HE Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia Drago Lovric. The two meetings focused on relations between the State of Qatar and Croatia and Romania were reviewed and ways of supporting and developing them in the football side, as Qatar ups its preparations for hosting the World Cup 2022. The President of the Qatari Football Federation congratulated the Ambassador of Croatia for the distinguished performances of his country's team during the World Cup, where they won second place.
