President of Qatar Motor Federation Praises FIA Rally Victory

Doha, October 09 (QNA) - President of the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) Nasser bin Khalifa Al Attiyah congratulated Friday Qatari driver Nasser bin Saleh Al Attiyah for winning FIA Cross Country Rally World Cup with one round to go after winning the Morocco Rally. Speaking exclusively to Qatar News Agency (QNA), QMMF President said that it was the second title for Qatar in 2015 after winning in the Dakar rally earlier this year. He praised Al Attiyah's efforts as the yield of continuous hard work and dedication. The President of QMMF also praised Al Attiyah's mental strength, highlighting how the driver got off to a bad start but kept fighting until he eventually won the title. Al Attiyah won the title with one round to go, topping the standings with 261 points. That is 40 more than closest contestant Vladimir Vasilyev. (QNA(
