Qatar Beach Volleyball Team Claim Fourth Place in World Ranking

Doha, July 16 (QNA) -Qatar's national beach volleyball team including Cherif Younousse and Ahmad Tijan took the fourth place in the FIVB world ranking issued yesterday. The Qatari team collected 5120 points after participating in a huge of number international and continental tournaments. Christian Sorum and Anders Mol of Norway led the standings with 7600 points ahead of Russia's Krasilnikov/Stoyanovskiy in the second place and Poland's Bryl/Fijalek in the third place. President of the Qatar Volleyball Association Ali Ghanim Al Kuwari thanked the QOC president HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani and the QOC Secretary General HE Jassim Rashed Al Buenain for their support to the Qatari volleyball.
