Qatar Defeat Oman in Friendly Football Tournament

Istanbul, July 24 (QNA) - The Qatari youth football team defeated Oman 2-1 in their second match at Turkey friendly tournament on Wednesday. The victory brought points tally of Qatar to 4 to occupy the second place behind leaders Jordan with 6 points. Qatar is participating in the tournament in preparation for the 2014 Asia, set to be held in Thailand in September. The team will leave Turkey on July 25 heading to Senegal for a training camp. They will return afterwards to Doha on August 8. (QNA)
