Qatar Face Syria in Asian Men's Youth Handball Championship 2018

Amman, September 23 (QNA) - Qatar Youth Handball team will take on Syria On Monday in the final round of the group stage of the Asian Men's Youth (U-18) Handball Championship 2018, in Jordan. Qatar have two points after beating the UAE in their first match and losing against China in the second. The Qatari team is looking to get back on track with a victory over Syria in the third round of the group stage. Qatar will also take on Oman on Tuesday. The technical staff of the Qatar team plans to give an opportunity for the younger players born in 2002 and 2003 in order to gain expertise, to be ready for the upcoming entitlements. Syria are looking to capture their first victory of the tournament, after losing their four matches against Jordan, China Taipei, Oman, and the UAE. (QNA)
