Qatar Olympic Academy Organizes Seminar on Sports Arbitration

Doha, April 20 (QNA) - The Qatar Olympic Academy in collaboration with the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) Seminar on International Arbitration for Sport will be held on the tenth of May. A number of issues will be discussed during the seminar relating to sport arbitration and CAS as well as the developments in sports law. The Seminar will also discuss sports events currently in circulation and the FIFA work. Participants will also highlight on the arbitration procedures in the (FIFA) and also focus on the jurisprudence of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in matters related to football. The Executive Director of the Qatari Olympic Academy, Saif al-Nuaimi stressed keenness on providing any new and useful for sport and athletes in general; therefore we organized this important global seminar that will give participants a complete idea about sports arbitration proceedings.
